சேது சமுத்திர திட்ட விவகாரம் : மத்திய அரசுக்கு கோர்ட் உத்தரவு

"ராமர் சேது பாலத்திற்கு பாதிப்பு ஏற்படாமல், சேது சமுத்திர திட்டத்தை மாற்றுப் பாதையில் செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான நடைமுறை சாத்தியங்கள் குறித்து, நிபுணர்கள் குழு அளித்த அறிக்கை தொடர்பான நிலையை, நான்கு வாரங்களுக்குள் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்' என, மத்திய அரசுக்கு சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
"சேது சமுத்திர திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்து, தேசிய கடலாய்வு நிறுவனத்தின் நிபுணர்கள் குழு சந்தேகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. அதனால், சேது சமுத்திர திட்டத்தை ரத்து செய்யும்படி மத்திய அரசுக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்' எனக்கோரி, சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட்டில் ஜனதா கட்சித் தலைவர் சுப்ரமணிய சாமி மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். அந்த மனு, சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் தலைமை நீதிபதி கே.ஜி.பாலகிருஷ்ணன், நீதிபதிகள் ரவீந்திரன் மற்றும் பாஞ்சால் ஆகியோர் அடங்கிய பெஞ்ச் முன் நேற்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.
அப்போது நீதிபதிகள் கூறியதாவது: ராமர் பாலத்தை இடிக்காமல், சேது சமுத்திர திட்டத்தை மாற்றுப்பாதையில் செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான சாத்தியக் கூறுகள் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்ய, பச்சோரி தலைமையில் குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டு 15 மாதங்கள் ஆகியும், அந்தக் குழு சமர்ப்பித்த அறிக்கையோ அல்லது அதன் மீதான தன் நிலையையோ அரசு தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. இந்த விஷயத்தில் அரசு சில முடிவுகளை எடுக்க வேண்டும். சேது சமுத்திர திட்டம் குறித்து, பச்சோரி தலைமையிலான குழு சமர்ப்பித்த அறிக்கை தொடர்பாக, தங்களின் நிலை என்ன என்பதை மத்திய அரசு, இன்னும் நான்கு வாரங்களில், தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். அந்த அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள ஆலோசனை மற்றும் அது தொடர்பாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவுகள் குறித்தும் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த வழக்கின் அடுத்த கட்ட விசாரணை டிசம்பர் 11ம் தேதி நடக்கும். இவ்வாறு நீதிபதிகள் கூறினர்.

| கடவுள் அந்த பாலம் இப்போது தேவையல்ல என்பதால்தான் அதனை கடலுக்குள் அழித்து விட்டார் . எனவே இப்போது அதனை அழகுபடுதுவதில் தவறு ஏதும் இல்லை. இதனால் ஏற்படப்போகும் வளர்ச்சிக்கு அளவு ஏதும் இல்லை. தென் தமிழகம் வளர ஒரே வழி சேது சமுத்திர திட்டம் மட்டுமே.

| I feel sick and tired of some readers who see every subject through the prism of Srilakan tamil issue.We dont need to always bother the srilakan tamils to prove we are tamilians and show our தமிழ் பற்று. Those who support the demolition do so only for hurting hindu sentiments and no other benefit out of it. Once this mission is accomplished, then the very same anti hindu groups will start targeting the next symbol to continue their dravidian politics. Probably this for their real time pass. There is no more issues to show our தமிழ் பற்று. In Ramayanam Ravanan character is most respected, and he is a devoted hindu Siva bakthar. Except one mistake he did, he is a perfect man, who is even respected by his own enemies. Let our திராவிட நண்பர்கள் read ramayanam properly, then they will know the mighty of Ravana and also Rama. For our திராவிட நண்பர்கள் Rama is an illusion, but Building temple for Kushubu is real. Be happy. Long live our dravidian culture.

| Demolition of Sethu bridge has always been the dream of DMK to hurt hindu sentiments for what so ever reason. Even if they say there is no historical proof, Sedhu is a hindu belief why do the anti Hindu Dravidian parties want to hurt it. We dont need any ones recommendation to save hindu sentiments. We haven''t forgotten how MK insulted Lord Rama. By demolishing the bridge they can speed up the freight time, but no shipping company is going to reduce their freight charges because they have saved couple of hours in freight time. No common man is going to benefit out of it. This demolition could help in bringing the foreign navies coming closer to Tamil nadu waters. TR Balu was instrumental in getting the bridge demolished as a shipping minister. Let some good thoughts prevail in the minds of central govt to keep up the secular structure of the country. Hurting hindu sentiments only flare up the militant hindu passions further. Playing with religious beliefs have always backfired and haunted the ruling elites.

Government/Ministry should do a thorough study before starting this project. It doesn''t need to be a prestige issue for DMK or a big MONEY for all project!!
