The travelling public do not exactly know how much Railways sp for their safe and comfor journey for whatever economic rates they pay to Railways for the journey. They unfortunately do not their mouth when they travel in any any private operators vehicle or public transport buses even if they have cough up exorbitant amount for back-breaking travel. Do these travelling public act responsibly when they travel in train without throwing the garbage into the track or inside the coaches ? Or soft touch the computer based train info kiosks ?
