இந்திய அரசமைப்பு சட்டத்தின் படி அரசு செலவுகள் அனைத்தும் தநீக்கைக்கு உட்படுத்த படவேண்டும். தொகுதி நிதி என்பது சட்டத்திற்கு முரணானது. தேர்ந்து எடுக்க பட்டவர்களை தொகுதியை ஆளும் அதிகாரம் பொறுப்பை கொடுத்துவிடலாம் . ஜனநாயகம் என்பது மக்களால் தேன்றேடுக்கபட்டதே மக்களின் பிரதிநிதி சர்வதிகரிகளாக மாற முடியாது .சட்டம் இயற்றுதல் ,நிதி அதாரம் ,செலவு ஒதுக்க்கீடு, நிர்வாகம் செயல்படுவதை கண்காணித்தல் மட்டும்தான் மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள் பனி ஆகும். அரசு நிர்வாகம் எனது அரசு என்று கூரிக்கொல்லும் அளவுக்கு தனிப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு சொந்தமல்ல . மக்களுடையது,மக்களால் மக்களுக்காக . இந்திய அரசமைப்பு சட்டம் முழுமையாக செயல்பட நீதி துறைதான் பார்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.   16-மே-2013 07:44:42 IST

It is enough that the State Government am the Act by doubling the Property tax in respect of the un approved buildings, If the tax is not paid, than the Corporation should be empowered to cut the water supply/drainageas well as the Current connection. Corporations may take over Electricity connections as it was in Madurai two decades before. Even today Mumbai Corporation has full control in giving elctrity connections in respect of Corporation areas.. Municipal Corporations are supposed to be self financing with out expecting grnts from State Governments.. Rpealing the Corporaton Act, prticularly Chennai,Act,1919 has to be taken up soon as the old act has no word like car parking,(only cart stand/)mals, CMDA , etc in any place of the text act. அரசியல் சம்பந்தமில்லாத நிலா அபகரிப்பு புகார்களில் காவல் துறையினர் முறையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காமல் லஞ்சம் வாங்கிகொண்டு , நிலம் மோசடி செய்தவர்கள் பக்கம் சாதகமாக செயல்படுகின்றனர். வேண்டாத கட்சிகாரர்கள் மட்டும் குண்டர் சட்டம் வரை கோண்டுசெல்கிறனர். சிவில் வரம்பில் வரும் பல புகார்களில் கைதுசெய்ய காவல் துறைக்கு எந்த அதிகாரமும் சட்டத்தில் இல்லை .காவல்துறை அத்துமீறல்களுக்கு நீதிமன்றம் முறையான தண்டனை அளிக்க முன்வரவீண்டும். அரசு காவல்துறையை வேண்டாதவர்கள் மீது ஏவுவதை விட்டுவிட்டு , முறையான சட்டம் கொண்டு வர வேண்டுமேதவிர சிறையில் அடைப்பது , அலைக்கழிப்பது எல்லாம் மக்கள் பார்த்து கொண்டு தான் இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை காலம் பதில் சொல்லும் .   06-மே-2013 05:24:39 IST

பல தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள் மிக நல்ல முறையில் வீடு கட்டும் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்துகின்றன . இந்த நிலையில் வீடு வசதி வாரியம் கட்டும் வீடுகள் தரமானவை அல்ல என்பது பொதுவான கருத்து . ஒருவருக்கு கண் கொடுக்க வேறு ஒருவர் கண்ணை பிடுங்க வேண்டியது அரசுக்கு தேவைதானா?   02-மே-2013 07:02:18 IST

There is no Act in Tamil Nadu prescribing building acts. Only rules are there made by mainly clerical staff placed in the House of Legislature. Money alone plays major part in approving plans. In most cases the approving authority does not know even the basic thinks about building plan. but knows how to get money for approval. The Authority sanctioning the plan should have strict norms in the form of an Act and not rules. The Corporation Act s are very old not definite provisions for enforcing. Coimbatore has more than ten lakhs population and shoud be d as Metropolitan City., There are provisions in the Constitution of India for a Metropoliton Authority but its constitution was not in accordance with the norms prescribed. If there is proper guidelines and definite Act, there is no need at all to have the plan approved by persons no technical knowledge. In Singapore the Building permission are granted by Minister only. There is a need to bring strict provisions with penalty for violation of norms and then only the law can be enforsed without room for corruption. In India no Government will come forward to enact. முதல்வருக்கு கிடைத்த மகத்தான வெற்றி. கன்னட வெறியர்களின் எதிர்பை சமாளிக்க வேண்டிய இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலை அங்குள்ள தமிழர்கலை பாதுகாக்க வேண்டியது தமிழக அரசின் தலையான கடமையாகும் . டெல்டா விவசாயிகளுக்கு போதுமான வடிகால் வசதி இல்லை . பயிரிட்டாலும் வெள்ளத்தால் பழ படும் சாத்திய lகூருகல் உள்ளது. இதை சரிசெய்ய அரசு தடுப்பணைகள் கட்டுவதுடன் நீர் வடிய வடிகால் வசதி செய்து தரவேண்டும். கடலில் சென்று வீணாகும் தன்நீரை சேமிப்பதன் மூலம் தமிழ் நாட்டை செழிப்படைய செய்யமுடியும். நீரின்றி அமையாது உலகு என்ற வள்ளுவரின் வாக்கினை உணர்ந்து அரசு நிர்வாகம் செயல்படுமானால் மக்கள் ஆதரவு நிலையானதாக நிச்சயம் நீடிக்கும் . வாழ்க நீடூழி முதல்வர் அம்மா அவர்கள் .   21-பிப்-2013 06:37:45 IST
