அமெரிக்க விசாரணையை புறக்கணித்து இலங்கை திரும்பினார் பொன்சேகா

கொழும்பு : அமெரிக்க அதிகாரிகளின் விசாரணையை புறக்கணித்துவிட்டு, நேற்று நாடு திரும்பினார் இலங்கை ராணுவ முன்னாள் தளபதி சரத்பொன்சேகா. இத்தகவலை இலங்கை எம்.பி., சமன்தா வித்யாரத்னே தெரிவித்தார். விடுதலைப் புலிகளுக்கு எதிரான இறுதி கட்டப் போரின் போது, மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள் நடந்ததாக புகார் எழுந்தது. இது தொடர்பாக, கடந்த சில தினங்களுக்கு முன், அமெரிக்கா சென்றிருந்த இலங்கையின் அப்போதைய ராணுவ தளபதியும், இப்போதைய முப்படைகளின் கூட்டுத் தளபதியுமான சரத்பொன்சேகாவிடம் விசாரணை நடத்த அமெரிக்க அதிகாரிகள் அவருக்கு அழைப்பு விடுத்தனர். இந்த விசாரணை நேற்று நடைபெறுவதாக இருந்தது.
இதற்கு இலங்கை அரசு கடும் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்தது. மேலும், "உள்நாட்டு பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான விஷயங்களை மூன்றாம் நாடுகளுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளும் எந்த அதிகாரமும் சரத் பொன்சேகாவுக்கு இல்லை' என்றும் கூறியது. இதையடுத்து, சரத் பொன்சேகா நேற்று காலை இலங்கை திரும்பியதாக இலங்கை மா.கம்யூ. எம்.பி., சமன்தா வித்யாரத்னே கூறினார்.
இலங்கை அரசு எடுத்த உறுதியான நடவடிக்கையின் விளைவாகவே, சரத்பொன்சேகா விசாரணையில் சிக்காமல் தாயகம் திரும்பியதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார். இதற்கிடையே, சரத்பொன்சேகாவிடம் அமெரிக்கா விசாரணை நடத்துவதை தடுப்பதற்கான எல்லா வழிமுறைகளும், அரசியல் ரீதியாக கையாளப் பட்டது என, இலங்கை வெளியுறவு அமைச்சர் பொகோலகாமா அந்நாட்டு பார்லிமென்டில் தெரிவித்தார்.

| To Hameed, I understood onething from your comment, your real intention is to be against USA (reason could be anything, hope others understand what i mean), that''s why you are supporting srilankan policy. In my views, no difference between terrorists in pakistan and srilankan army, I consider both are equal. I requset that USA has to take action against pakistan also.

| To Mr.Hameed & Mr.Munazir, USA has no rights to ask about the srilankan army''s violation during the war.Then who else can ask them? Both of you????? The SL army has was more violent and the people all over the world won''t forget those incidents.They are pity for those who lost their lives during the bloody war.If the affected people is one of your brother and sister,then u can feel.The UN has rights to ask about the violence happend in SL. God won''t forgive ponseka and rajapakshe & bro''s.I know both of you are aginst USA,But don''t support SL.If it''s so, God won''t forgive both of you also.Think and speak.

| வல்லவன் வகுத்ததே வழி என்பதை மறந்து பேசும் நண்பர்களே. இந்தியா மட்டும் தலையிடாமல் இருந்தால் அமெரிக்க நேவி என்றோ கொழும்பில் கால் பதித்து போரை நிறுத்திருக்கும். ஆசிய விவகாரங்களுக்கான அமெரிக்க நேவி அட்மிரலை தடை செய்த இந்திய காங்கிரஸ் ஆள் யார் என்று யோசியுங்கள். முதுகெலும்பில்லாத காங்கிரசும் அதன் ஜால்ராக்களும் என்று பின்னால் ஒரு படம் வெளிவரும் பார். இந்திய தாய் உணர்வு இல்லாத ஒரு பெண்ணிடம் (?) எதையோ எதிர்பார்கிறீர்கள். அவள் இந்திய பெண்மணியா.

| This guy Hameed has to be Singalese and he is OK to appreciate his government''s diplomacy on this particular issue. Does any Singalese person have the guts to watch the videos of their own brutality even for a minute? I don''t think so. | நான் ஹமீது அவர்களின் கருத்துடன் முழுமையாக உடன்படவில்லை. ஆயினும் அவர் கருத்தில் உள்ள நியாயத்தை புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். உலக போலீஸ் karan அந்தஸ்து அமெரிக்காவிக்கு யார் கொடுத்தது... இலங்கையில் நடந்தது அப்பட்டமான மனித உரிமை மீறல். ஆனால் அதற்கு கேள்வி கேட்கும் அருகதை அமெரிக்காவிற்கு இல்லவே இல்லை

| திரு.ஹமீது, ஒரு நாட்டின் உள்விவகாரத்தில் மற்ற நாடு தலையிடக்கூடாது சரி . அந்நாட்டின் மக்களுக்கு சரி சமமான உரிமை இருந்தால் யாரும் சண்டைபோடப்போவதில்லை. உரிமைகள் மறுக்கப்படும் போது . அந்நாட்டின் மீது வேறொரு நாட்டுக்காரன் வெடி வைத்தால் அது என்ன இந்தியாவா எதையாவது செய்துவிட்டு போன்னு சொல்ல. அமரிக்கா கூட தீவிரவாதிகளிடம் தான் சண்டைபோடுகிறதே தவிர பொது மக்களிடம் இல்லை. வயது வாரியாக பிரித்து பெண்களை கற்பழித்து கொலை செய்யவில்லை. இளம் சிறுவர்களை கடத்தி கொலை செய்யவில்லை தமிழனுக்கு தனி ஈழம் கிடைக்கும் போது அதில் கிறிஸ்துவ, முஸ்லிம் ஹிந்து புத்த மதத்தினருக்கும் தான் உரிமை உண்டு . தயவு செய்து படுகொலைகளை நியாயப்படுத்த வேண்டாம் .

| I wonder on the guts of srilankan Ministry, boldly expressing its stand and capable of enforcing it, even when it was aginst USA government. At the same time when I presume our Ministers action, talk,and public statements, I could guess ,their shaking knees. The Government action on the physical checking of our ex. president, freely allowing US soldiers when their ship docked in Cheenai some time back by the very P.M.and the handling of the economic crises in USA last year, are very clearindications. Let us pray,at least in future, we get a government that stand on its right.

| well done srilankan government. usa has no right to interfere other countries matter. usa is hideout real truth behind 9/11 attack.usa killing tens of thousand peoples in iraq and afghanistan without valid reason. india and pakistan to learn a lesson from lankan foreign policy. rajapaksa is determined leader.
