We have been experiencing the luggage delay, suitcases , suitcases broken on the wheel, holder, or any parts every time we land at Chennai from UK. We have used different routes many times, very few times the luggage comes with no damage but the delay is always. This year we went to Delhi, without any delay the luggage was arrived without any damage. This shows the way they people handling the luggages at Chennai Airport.
