1. Theory Preparation
Memorize the theory part thoroughly, as it must be written first in the answer sheet.
Only after writing the theory correctly will students be allowed to proceed with the practical experiment.
2. Objective Writing
Start by writing the objective of the experiment.
This shows that you understand the question and can summarize what you are going to do and the expected outcome.
3. List of Equipment
Write in detail the equipment required for the experiment and their names.
Clearly note which instruments are used for each specific experiment.
These details must be recorded in the observation notes.
4. Diagram and Formulas
In Physics: Practice writing circuit diagrams and formulas multiple times for accuracy.
In Biology and Chemistry: Draw and mark the diagrams carefully, as it is compulsory.
5. Tabulation
Draw a clear table (tabulation) to record the readings obtained during the experiment.
Use multiple readings to calculate the average result.
In Chemistry, indicate the salt used and the result obtained during titration.
Ensure each step of the experiment (recipe) is written clearly and sequentially.
6. Procedure Writing
High marks are allotted for procedural writing in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Write the steps of the experiment accurately and neatly.
In Computer Science, replace the procedure with a properly written program.
Pay careful attention to grammar, punctuation, and full stops.
7. Conclusion
Write a brief conclusion summarizing the procedure and the result obtained.
8. Final Result
Clearly state the result at the end:
In Physics: Mention the result calculated using formulas.
In Chemistry: Write the result obtained from the procedure.
In Computer Science: If the program is correct, the result will automatically be correct.
Important Exam Guidelines
Avoid Distractions
Do not talk to friends or engage in unnecessary conversations inside the exam hall.
Report Issues Immediately
If any equipment or device is not functioning, inform the teacher immediately.
The teacher will either fix the problem or provide an alternative arrangement.
Check Before Submission
Once you complete writing, double-check your answers to ensure accuracy.
Submit the answer sheet only after confirming everything is written correctly.
Note: Marks are awarded separately for each of the above-mentioned steps. An external examiner will evaluate your work based on this structure.
