Erode (TN): Teachers should help students cultivate discipline, confidence and skills apart from teaching lessons. The teaching profession is a noble one.
This was the message conveyed on Teacher's Day by H. Krishnanunni, Erode district Collector, on Sunday.
The Collector presented a silver medal, a cheque for Rs 10,000 and a certificate to each of the 13 teachers who were selected as the 'Best Teachers' of the district.
