Chennai: One of the most sought-after barbecue restaurant chains of the country, Absolute Barbecues (AB’s), announced the Chettinad Food Festival named Absolute Samayal from their Velachery branch on Tuesday. ‘
This is for the 2nd time AB’s organizing this food festival at all branches in Tamil Nadu.
The restaurant chain has 9 outlets across the state and the feast from the land of Chettiars will be available to all the following outlets from 3rd November 2021.
AB’s, which started in 2013, is already a well-known brand in the barbecue space with a presence in 20 cities in India with multiple footprints.
The company runs two restaurants in Dubai as well.
The festival is going to kick off from 3rd Nov with a bang across the state and will be scheduled till 21st November 2021 for the foodies of Tamil Nadu.
A huge array of Chettinad cuisine with regular barbeque items will be available during the festival.
Apart from the regular menu, there will be a south Indian counter in every outlet.
