Chennai: The qualifying examination for admission of students (Boys and Girls) to the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun will be held on 2nd December 2023 F.N. and A.N. The exam for July 2024 term will be only held selected centres in the country of which Chennai city will be one. The examination will consist of both written and then Viva-Voce. The written examination will consist of three papers viz. English, Mathematics and General Knowledge. The medium of examination will be in English or Hindi for the subjects Mathematics and General Knowledge. Date of the interview will be intimated later for the candidates who qualify in the written examination.Minimum pass marks in each paper including interview is 50%.The Prospectus - cum - Application form and booklet of old question papers can be obtained through post from the college by sending Demand Draft of Rs.600/- for General candidates and Rs.555/- for SC/ST candidates.The same payment can be made online through RIMC website - www.rimc.gov.in. Only the application forms issued by Rashtriya Indian Military College will be valid.Candidates seeking admission to the college should not be less than 11 ½ years in age and should not have attained the age of 13 years as on 1 st July 2024 Filled applications in the prescribed form in duplicate from the candidates (Boys and Girls) whose parents or guardians RESIDE IN TAMIL NADU should reach the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu PublicService Commission (TNPSC) not later than 5.45 P.M. on 15, Oct 2023. For further details please visit the Rashtriya Indian Military College website i.e., www.rimc.gov.in, said the Controller of Examinations, TNPSC.
