Mr. Lakshmipathy, Joint Director, Dinamalar was the chief guest for the launch of the app.
'Hello teacher' is an advanced communication app similar to WhatsApp with modifications teachers and students always wanted.
To use this app; teachers can download this app from Google Play store and register as a teacher with your school domain email e.g yourname@yourschool.com if the school is already registered, otherwise use 'Add school' option on the app.
Students can download this app on their android phone and create a student account with their mobile phone number. Further, they can join the groups with codes shared by their teachers.
The app was solely developed by the teachers of Coding Castle – an in-house coding club of FIITJEE Global school. Likewise, FIITJEE Global school has few other groups such as Robotitans (Robotics Club), Skyward (Astronomy Club, Spell-a-Thon Specials (Spelling Club) and Sports Club.
An assignment posted by teachers in the app can’t be forwarded outside and while students submit their response, other students will not be able to see it, unless they have the unique code for the particular group. Students can easily join the group if the code is shared by the teacher.
