For these professionals UrbanClap is a natural next step as our marketplace gives them a platform to get customers regularly and build an independent business. Under the Agreement, NSDC will provide contact of trained candidates database via Skill Database Management System (“SDMS”) to UrbanClap, and UrbanClap will in turn validate such data and thereafter list validated candidates on the marketplace in order to provide such candidates opportunities to serve various customers which seek service of professionals. Through UrbanClap mobile App and website, individuals can search for the right trained/skilled professionals, for their work and get quality and standards in services.

As part of collaboration, UrbanClap will perform validation of the database of trained candidates and provide reports of the same to NSDC on regular basis. Information about the candidate’s certification, training partner and training centre details and their performance with the customers who have approached them via the Marketplace will create a feedback loop on the quality of training provided by NSDC’s training partners.
