In Bharat, since inception, Parliamentarians have no accountability. They are paid monthly salary, free canteen, free air travel in Executive Class and many more allowances. Even after availing of all the above benefits, these Parliamentarians are handling public money in crores, which are received as taxes, other payments and Central Government Funds. All these money are looted by the Parliamentarians and the MLAs in the Assemblies. The looting is evident and can be seen that nothing concrete could be seen in all parts of Tamil Nadu eventhough the DMK Government has ruled for the last four years. So far, we have no rule or law to nab the looters of public money, punish them and retrieve the amount looted by them and remit them into the Government Account. This130th Amendment Bill should have been introduced long back. Eventhough, being delayed, it is high time that this Bill is introduced in the Parliament in the upcoming session by considering the interests and well-being of the citizens of our Bharat.
