Bengaluru: NMIMS Bengaluru has introduced a comprehensive framework to promote ethical practices and innovation in academic, research, and administrative domains.

With policies on Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), social media, and sustainability, the institution aims to foster accountability, environmental stewardship, and leadership in the digital era.

The Generative AI Policy emphasizes ethical usage, academic integrity, data privacy, and informed AI adoption, positioning NMIMS Bengaluru as a leader in responsible AI integration.

Dr. Narayani Ramachandran, Director, stated, “We blend technology with responsibility to build a future rooted in human values. These policies equip students to embrace AI's potential responsibly.”

To support these initiatives, the institution provides training workshops, centralized resources, and forums for open dialogue, promoting continuous learning and responsible engagement.

The Sustainability Oath inspires actions for a better world, urging conservation, waste reduction, and biodiversity protection. It reflects a commitment to diversity, ethical governance, and global stewardship.

The Social Media Policy outlines respectful digital interaction, addressing concerns like cyberbullying and intellectual property, ensuring individual and institutional integrity.

Part of NMIMS Deemed-to-be University, NMIMS Bengaluru reaffirms its mission to nurture ethical, innovative leaders and champion sustainable growth.
