New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the online application process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [NEET (UG)] 2025, the mandatory entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses across India.

The registration window is open from February 7 to March 7, 2025, through the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

As per the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, NEET (UG) is the single entrance test for MBBS, BDS, and BVSc & AH courses in all medical institutions.

Additionally, the exam is also applicable for admission to BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS courses under the Indian System of Medicine and Homeopathy. Aspirants for the Military Nursing Service (MNS) B.Sc. Nursing programs must also qualify for NEET (UG).

The examination is scheduled for May 4, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST), with a duration of 180 minutes. It will be conducted in 13 languages, including Tamil, Hindi, English, Urdu, and others.

City Intimation: By April 26, 2025
Admit Card Release: By May 1, 2025
Result Declaration (Tentative): June 14, 2025

The exam fee for General candidates is ₹1,700, while OBC-NCL/EWS candidates need to pay ₹1,600. The fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender candidates is ₹1,000. International candidates are required to pay ₹9,500.

Candidates must upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and address proof while filling out the application.

Each applicant is allowed to submit only one application, and all official communication will be sent via the registered email ID and mobile number.
