New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Rozgar Mela via videoconference, distributing appointment letters to over 51,000 newly hired government employees across various departments.

In line with his administration's commitment to job creation, Modi highlighted several employment-focused initiatives, including the ongoing provision of permanent government jobs in states governed by the BJP and NDA allies.

Additionally, Modi celebrated the festive occasion of Dhanteras and the historic Diwali following the recent completion of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

The Prime Minister underscored the government's dedication to infrastructure projects—such as highways, railways, and fiber networks—that boost job opportunities nationwide. He also mentioned the recent inauguration of a defense manufacturing facility in Gujarat, expected to create numerous jobs and benefit MSMEs in the region.

Further, Modi announced the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme, offering paid internships in the top 500 companies, along with plans to enhance Skill India to train youth in diverse sectors. He also referenced the “Lakhpati Didi” scheme, aimed at empowering rural women, and announced partnerships with Germany and other nations to expand job opportunities for skilled Indian youth abroad.

Encouraging new recruits to leverage digital training platforms like iGOT Karmayogi, Modi stressed the importance of a service-oriented attitude in public roles, aiming to fulfill citizens' high expectations and contribute to India's goal of becoming a developed nation.
