New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the importance of a balanced diet and proper sleep for students preparing for exams.
He urged everyone to watch the fourth episode of Pariksha Pe Charcha, scheduled for February 14, which will focus on the role of nutrition and rest in academic success.
Sharing a post on X, the Prime Minister said, “If you eat right, you will be able to write your exams better! The 4th episode of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' will be all about eating and sleeping well in the run-up to exam prep.”
The episode will feature insights from experts, including Shonali Sabherwal, Rujuta Diwekar, and Revant Himatsingka, who will discuss the impact of diet and sleep on students' performance. The initiative, part of Modi's Exam Warriors campaign, aims to help students manage exam stress effectively.
