Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has scheduled Phase-II Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling for 234 vacancies, along with Phase-I for 92 vacancies in the posts of Personal Clerk and Steno Typist.

These sessions are set to take place on 16, July 2024 and 19, July 2024 at the Commission's office in Chennai.

Through notification No. 03/2022 dated 23, Feb 2022, the Commission had earlier invited applications for direct recruitment to various posts in the Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Group-IIA Services) (Non-Interview Posts).

The Main Written Examination results, detailing marks and rank positions of candidates, were announced on 08, April 2024.

Phase-I Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling, held from 15, May 2024 to 20, June 2024, successfully filled 5663 out of the 5897 vacancies (excluding Personal Clerk and Steno Typist posts) initially notified.

Candidates provisionally admitted for Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling can check the Commission's website, www.tnpsc.gov.in, for their Memorandum of Admission.

Communication to candidates has been sent through SMS and Email only.

Failure to attend the scheduled sessions will result in candidates forfeiting their opportunity in the combined merit list without further chances, said S Gopala Sundara Raj, Secretary, TNPSC.
