Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced that the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling (Phase-II) for various posts included in Combined Engineering Subordinate Services, excluding Junior Draughting Officer positions in the Highways Department, is slated to take place on May 14, 2024.
This process authenticates the claims made by candidates in their online applications regarding their age, qualifications, community, and other pertinent details, with the intention of filling vacancies for the aforementioned positions.
The list of shortlisted candidates for the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling (Phase-II)is available on the TNPSC website.
Those selected are required to download the Memorandum of Admission to Certificate Verification and Counselling from the TNPSC website and attend the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling on the specified date and time without fail.
It is important to note that candidates will be informed about this process solely through SMS and email, and no physical memorandums will be dispatched via post.
The written examination for these positions was conducted on May 27, 2023, with results published on September 1, 2023.
Phase-I of the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling was held in April 2024.
Failure to appear for the Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling (Phase-II) as scheduled will result in the loss of opportunity in the merit list, with no further chances provided, said S Gopala Sundara Raj, Secretary, TNPSC.
