Coimbatore: The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Australian Government, is set to organise a first-of-its-kind showcase titled Festival of Australia in Coimbatore on June 20, 2025.

The festival aims to bring together leading Australian universities, institutions, retail brands and trade partners on a single platform, while also highlighting premium Australian food and beverage products for Indian consumers.

According to Austrade, the event will offer Indian students and parents an opportunity to interact directly with representatives from Australian universities and learn about various courses to help them meet their academic and career goals.

The Coimbatore event, to be held at The Residency Towers from 12 pm to 5 pm, marks the third phase of the festival. Following Coimbatore, the festival will travel to Kolkata on June 24, 2025.

Key highlights of the event include direct engagement with Australian university representatives, a masterclass by academic and industry experts, a showcase of premium Australian F&B products, and cooking demonstrations using Australian produce and ingredients.
