Chennai: On its 121st Founder's Day, AM Jain Group of Institutions is ushering in a new era of education with the launch of "Unnati," a groundbreaking skill development Initiative. With a substantial investment of Rs 10 crore, Unnati is poised to reshape the educational landscape by providing over 25,000 students annually with essential skills aligned with the demands of our technologically advanced future. ‘Unnati’ was launched by Mr. P. Kartikeyan Head of MM, Nokia in the presence of the management committee of AM Jain.Unnati's Skill Development Initiative acknowledges the swift transformations taking place in our world, driven by technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, and data analytics. Recog- nizing the need to prepare students for this rapidly evolving environment, Unnati has meticulously curated a range of concise yet comprehensive courses. These courses are strategically designed to empower students with the industry-relevant skills required to excel in the future job market.From Robotics and Drone Piloting to Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, Unnati offers a spectrum of courses that enable students to embrace the future confidently. The institution's adaptability extends to the digital realm, with offerings like Social Media Management, Reels, and Web Kitchen, ensuring students excel in the online sphere.During strategic discussions with Microsoft, Unnati aims to establish itself as a Microsoft Centre of Excel- lence. This initiative seamlessly integrates cutting-edge software knowledge into the curriculum, ensuring that students become well-versed in tools integral to industry practices. Apart from the above-men- tioned investments, an additional investment of 1000+ computer stations will be installed at the institution by the end of this year.A.M. Jain aims to partner with Microsoft to provide students the education for microsoft technology products and also aims to improve the quality of the delivery of the course content to the students of the unnati program. A.M. Jain is in advance discussions with ByteXL the microsoft partner for the same. The efforts will be in the Kaizen (continuous improvement) concept.
