Dehradun: The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, will hold an entrance exam on June 1 for admission to Class 8, with the academic session commencing in January 2026.

The entrance exam will cover subjects including English, Accountancy, and General Knowledge. Candidates are required to answer the Accountancy and General Knowledge papers in either English or Hindi.

Shortlisted candidates will be selected for an interview following the entrance exam.

Interested applicants can obtain the application form, information booklet, and previous exam question papers by sending a demand draft to the Commandant, Rashtriya Indian Military College, Garhi Khand, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248003, or through the official website, www.rimc.gov.in.

The applicant's parent or guardian must be a resident of Tamil Nadu.

Candidates must have been born between January 2, 2013, and July 1, 2014, to be eligible for the examination.
