Madurai: Dinamalar, in association with Chennai Institute of Technology, will host its popular Engineering Counselling Guide sessions across four southern Tamil Nadu cities—Madurai, Sivakasi, Dindigul and Theni—on July 5 and 6, 2025.

The two-day initiative aims to create awareness and guide Class 12 students applying for engineering courses through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process.

On July 5, sessions will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kammavar Wedding Hall near the bus stand in Sivakasi, and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Lakshmi Sundaram Hall, Tallakulam in Madurai.

On July 6, events will take place at Annapparaja Mahal on Forest Road in Theni from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and at PVK Mahal, Thadikombu Road in Dindigul, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Students aspiring for admission to engineering colleges under Anna University are encouraged to participate. Experts will provide live analysis of seat possibilities based on current cut-off trends, guidance on online counselling procedures, tips for selecting the right college, and insights into the latest changes in the counselling process.

Educational consultant Ashwin will deliver a special address on engineering streams with high employability prospects.
