Panaji: The Association of International Schools in India (TAISI), the country's largest platform for international schools, held its 21st Annual Conference 2025 in Goa, discussing curriculum reforms, accreditation, artificial intelligence, and storytelling.
The event in South Goa brought together over 250 global education leaders to deliberate on transforming K-12 education and preparing students for future challenges.
Syed Sultan Ahmed, TAISI Chairman, said the conference fostered dialogue on how international curricula are creating new opportunities for Indian educators and students, from global university access to quality assurance systems. “These collaborations will strengthen international schooling in India and equip students with the skills, opportunities, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world,” he added.
TAISI announced a partnership with the University of Western Australia to support pathways for students pursuing the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) in India. The association also launched the School Cinema International Film Festival (SCIFF), a platform celebrating student-created films.
Veteran educator Anu Monga, founder of TAISI, was honoured with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award in International Education'.
