For the first time, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has simplified its eligibility qualification for admission to its MCA programme.
The regional director of the varsity K.Paneerselvam said, IGNOU will admit graduates of any discipline to enroll for MCA programme.
With this the university had done away with the entry requirement of studying additional course of computer information as a pre-requisite for non-computer graduates, he added.
'The fee for the first year is also reduced to Rs 3,300,' Paneerselvam added.
