Candidates with B.E. / B.Tech. can apply to pursue Direct Ph.D. (M.S. + Ph.D.) in Engineering / Sciences after their Bachelor's Degree. Students

who are in their final year of B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.A. / M.Sc. / MBA / B.Tech. - M.Tech. dual degree / Integrated B.S. - M.S. with a good academic record can apply and secure their provisional admission for July 2017 at IIT Madras.

Selection will be on the basis of interview and/ or test, conducted by the Institute. Foreign nationals are also encouraged to apply for the above mentioned courses.
