Chennai: B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology announced the introduction of the B.A. Public Policy programme, a new educational program today.

B.A. Public Policy programme is one that is oriented towards students who want to obtain a degree as well as prepare for the civil services by the time they graduate. It offers a new way for students who have finished their schooling to start their preparation in becoming a bureaucrat.

The new programme facilitates civil services aspirants to swiftly move towards their objective.    

At the launch were the dignitaries like Dr. Santhosh Babu, IAS (Retd.);Mr.V.Kamaraja, IPS (Retd.) as well as Mr. ShashikanthSenthil, IAS (Retd.) and from B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology; Dr. Peer Mohamed, Vice-Chancellor; Dr.A.Azad, Registrar; Dr. Raja Hussain, Additional Registrar and Mr. Ilanchezhian, Former Asst. Commandant(CRPF) and Programme Director, Public Policy.  

Some special features of the programme include mentoring by IAS/IPS/IFS officers and curriculum with NCC to instill discipline while being groomed.
