Aligarh: Over 21,000 students appeared for Aligarh Muslim University's MBBS / BDS entrance test and also for the first time at centres like Lucknow and Hyderabad.

The entrance test for the admission to MBBS / BDS courses was held at Kolkata, Bhopal, Kozhikode and Aligarh, besides Lucknow and Hyderabad.

The admission test was conducted in a fair manner at 13 test centres, where over nine thousand candidates appeared, an AMU release said.

Elaborate security arrangements were made outside the campus to conduct the test, the release said.
