Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission in Full-Time / Part-time Ph.D Programme under Visvesvaraya Ph.D scheme for Electronics and IT at National Institute of Technology, Agartala.
Eligibility: (1)Master's Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering /Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Computer science and Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ broad area of specialization in ESDM and ITES or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 or equivalent (60% of marks). GATE is mandatory for admission in full-time Ph.D program under this scheme. (2)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ broad area of specialization in ESDM and ITES or equivalent, with an excellent academic record as 70% or 7.5 CGPA in a 10 point scale from an Institute/ University with average NIRF ranking of within 100 (Engineering category) over last 3 years, and Institutes of National Importance. Candidates must have valid GATE score.
