It said those considering having obtained low marks in the recently released results and ‘statement of marks’ are being provided a chance to appear physically for a supplementary exam.

The applications regarding the same will be accepted from 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM at the specified government examination service centre.

Students applying for this written examination have to apply and write all the papers. They do not have the choice to write selected subjects. Furthermore, marks obtained through the supplementary examination will stand as the final marks.

Private students not having applied for May 2021 common examinations can apply now.

Further, private candidates already having applied for the common examinations earlier ( May 2021), need not apply now.

Those unable to apply on the above mentioned dates can apply through ‘Tatkal 'mode on 28, July, alone by paying a special fee of Rs1000/ towards it.

Details about the examination service centre and about the examination can be obtained from www.dge.tn.gov.in and from Chief Education Offices and from the office of Asst Director, Government Examinations.

The examination is scheduled to commence on 6, August and ends on 19, August.  The examination will begin at 10:00 AM and end by 1:15 PM.

Students are strictly advised to follow Covid 19 protocol.
