Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has provided a final opportunity for candidates of the Combined Civil Services Examination-I (Group-I Services), Notification No.04/2025, to upload, re-upload, or correct defective certificates/documents through their OTR accounts.

The verification of documents revealed that some candidates either did not upload or partially uploaded required certificates, or the uploaded documents were defective.

The list of such candidates' register numbers has been published on the TNPSC website.

Candidates can complete the process from October 10 to 19, 2025 (11:59 PM). Failure to comply will lead to rejection of their applications, said A. Shanmuga Sundaram, Controller of Examinations, TNPSC.
