Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) on Monday released the notification for the Combined Technical Services Examination (Interview Posts)-II, 2025, to fill 76 vacancies across 14 posts, including Assistant Director of Agriculture (Extension) and Senior Officer (Finance).

According to an official press note issued by the Commission, the notification was released on December 22. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online from December 22, 2025, to January 20, 2026.

The Commission said candidates would be allowed to pay the examination fee through multiple modes, including UPI, to facilitate easy access for applicants.

The computer-based examination for the notified posts is scheduled to be held on March 7 and March 8, 2026. Further details regarding syllabus, eligibility criteria, reservation norms and examination centres are available in the official notification hosted on the TNPSC website, it said.

The Combined Technical Services Examination is conducted to recruit candidates to various technical and specialised posts in different departments of the Tamil Nadu government through a competitive selection process, which includes a written examination followed by an interview.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the notification before applying and ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements within the prescribed dates, said TNPSC Secretary S Gopal Sundara Raj.
