Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will conduct the eighth phase original certificate verification and interview for the Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group IV) on July 25, 2025, for recruitment to the posts of Forest Guard and Forest Guard with Driving Licence.

The verification and counselling will be held at the TNPSC headquarters on Commission Road, Chennai, located near the Broadway Bus Stand and Fort Railway Station.

According to a press release issued by the Commission, the list of shortlisted candidates has been published on the official TNPSC website (www.tnpsc.gov.in).

Call letters containing the date, time and other details for certificate verification and counselling can also be downloaded from the site.

Candidates have been informed that no hard copy of the call letter will be sent via post. Communication regarding the verification process will be made only through SMS and e-mail.

Attending certificate verification does not guarantee appointment, the commission reiterated.

Candidates failing to appear for verification on the scheduled date will not be given a second chance, the release added.
