Jamshedpur: XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India's oldest B-schools, hosted the third edition of its annual product management conclave 'Aurora 3.0' with the theme “Designing What's Next: Product Leadership for a Changing World.”

Organised by the PGDM (General Management) batch of 2025-26, the conclave featured discussions on emerging challenges in product leadership, including the rise of agentic AI, building resilient strategies, ethical innovation and career pivots.

The event was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony attended by XLRI academic leaders including Dean Academics Dr Sanjay K Patro, Associate Dean (GM Programmes) Dr P C Padhan, Prof Sunil Kumar Sarangi, and Associate Dean (Online Learning) Dr Giridhar Ramachandran, along with industry leaders.

In his address, Dr Patro said, “Product management today is at the heart of organizations, where strategic agility and fast-paced decision-making define leadership.” Dr Ramachandran stressed the importance of problem framing and stakeholder management as critical skills for future product leaders.

The conclave featured four panel discussions on themes such as “The Agentic Future: Product Evolution in the Age of AI,” “Strategies for Resilience and Relevance,” “Ethical and Sustainable Technology,” and “Career Pivots that Future-Proof Leaders.” Speakers included senior leaders from Google, Zomato, Razorpay, SAP, Tata Digital, Publicis Sapient, Amadeus and other firms.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Prodzion Committee, which acknowledged the participation of industry experts and the support of XLRI leadership.

XLRI reiterated its commitment to shaping leaders who combine innovation with responsibility, in line with its motto “For the Greater Good.”
