Jamshedpur: XLRI-Xavier School of Management has opened admissions for the 2026-28 batch of its blended PGDM programmes in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Finance, designed for working professionals seeking management education without taking a career break.

According to a statement, the AICTE-approved two-year programmes combine live online classes with four one-week campus immersion modules at the XLRI campus in Jamshedpur.

The programmes are aimed at professionals with at least three years of work experience and a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

Professor Giridhar Ramachandran, Associate Dean of XLRI Blended Learning Programmes, said the initiative reflects the institute's effort to deliver rigorous management education in a flexible format while maintaining academic standards.

The programmes cover specialised areas including HR strategy, people analytics, corporate finance, fintech, investment banking, marketing, operations, strategy and management information systems.

Admissions will be conducted through a two-step process comprising shortlisting followed by a personal interview. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.

The first campus immersion for the selected candidates is scheduled to be held between July 20 and July 25, 2026, at XLRI Jamshedpur.

The institute said fee waivers and scholarships will also be available for certain categories of candidates.
