Jeddah: The Consulate General of the Republic of Sudan has honoured Abeer Medical Center (AMC), Sharafiyah, Jeddah, for its exceptional medical services to the Sudanese community. The recognition came following a Community Service Program organized at the center, which benefited hundreds of Sudanese citizens through dedicated healthcare support and compassionate service.
Sudan Consul General H.E. Kamal Ali Osman Taha presented a memento to Mr. Abdul Jaleel Alungal, Operations Manager of Abeer Medical Center, Sharafiyah, in recognition of the center's commendable community service. The presentation took place in the presence of Deputy Consul Dr. Abubakr Mohamed Elnour Ibrahim and other consulate officials. Operations Supervisor Hajar Awad, along with Siddique K.A. and Abdussalam, were also honoured during the event for their valuable contributions.
Additionally, both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend affordable medical services to Sudanese expatriates. The MoU was signed by Dr. Abubakr Mohamed Elnour Ibrahim, First Secretary of the Sudanese Consulate, and Mr. Abdul Jaleel Alungal, Operations Manager of Abeer Medical Center.
The signing ceremony was graced by key representatives from Abeer Medical Group, including Dr. Ahmed Alungal (Executive Vice President), Dr. Jemshith Ahmed (Vice President - Strategic Planning), and Dr. Imran (Marketing Director), highlighting the organization's continued commitment to community health and international cooperation.
