Artificial Intelligence (AI) should not be seen as a technology that replaces humans. Instead, it should be used to improve human abilities, increase productivity and make work easier and more efficient.

Growth Opportunities in India
India has become an important centre for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which handle business and technology operations for companies worldwide. Around 1,700 GCCs currently operate in India, and the number is expected to grow to 2,100. This will increase the need for better communication technology to help Indian teams work smoothly with their colleagues in other countries.

AI as a Learning Tool for Students
AI can help students develop ideas, research different topics and understand the main points of research papers. However, students should not believe everything AI provides without checking its accuracy. They must think critically and use AI to support their learning rather than depend on it completely.

AI also allows students without programming skills to create applications by describing what they want in simple language. This gives students from non-technical courses, such as commerce, an opportunity to turn their ideas into useful applications.

However, students must still learn to identify problems, ask the right questions and check whether the answers provided by AI are correct and useful.

Technology for Hybrid Workplaces
Logitech has two main business divisions. Logitech for Business provides video conferencing and collaboration tools for offices and hybrid workplaces. Its other division makes devices such as keyboards and computer mice for individual users.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, hybrid work, which combines working from the office and working remotely, became more common. As a result, employees in different cities and countries need better technology to work together effectively.

For example, a research and development team in Chennai may need to discuss projects regularly with a team in San Francisco. Video calls alone may not be enough. Employees also need technology that allows them to see each other clearly, hear conversations without difficulty and understand facial expressions and other natural communication cues.
