The US Embassy in New Delhi invites start-ups across India to apply for free training under the prestigious Nexus Cohort programme.

About Nexus
Nexus, the flagship business incubator of the American Center in New Delhi, will launch its 20th collaborative programme on February 3, 2025. This initiative, supported by the US Department of State, aims to empower 15 start-ups, each allowed to nominate two team members for training.

The programme is conducted in collaboration with the Global Training and Development Institute (GTDI) at the University of Connecticut. Since its inception in 2017, Nexus has trained 230 Indian entrepreneurs and 19 conglomerates, collectively facilitating $90 million in funding for participants.

Programme Structure
Initial Training (9 Weeks)Delivered by experts from the US and India.
Focus areas include refining ideas, identifying target markets, gathering market feedback, and setting milestones.
Emphasizes the role of artificial intelligence and mental health in entrepreneurship.
Advanced Training (8 Months)Top 3-4 performers from the initial cohort gain extended access to incubator facilities and networks.
Activities include expanding customer and revenue bases, scaling operations, and achieving market growth.
