The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has introduced the Yashasvi Scholarship to support students pursuing engineering and diploma courses in technical disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be an Indian citizen.
Should be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or diploma in fields such as Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or Textile Technology at an AICTE-recognized institution.
Students admitted directly to the second year through lateral entry are also eligible.
Family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per year.
Scholarship Benefits

Total Awards: 5,200 students annually (2,593 for degree courses, 2,607 for diploma courses).

Financial Assistance:
₹50,000 per year for degree students.
₹30,000 per year for diploma students.

Scholarship Duration
Degree students: Up to 4 years.
Diploma students: Up to 3 years.

Selection Criteria
Degree applicants: Based on 12th standard marks.
Diploma applicants: Based on 10th standard marks.
