Dale Carnegie India, a professional development and leadership training organisation, has expanded its reach in South India with a new franchise in Tamil Nadu.

This venture, led by Omnia Professional Ventures under the guidance of seasoned healthcare industry veteran Sanjeev Nair, aims to address the specific needs of Tamil Nadu's diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

Pallavi Jha, Chairperson of WPFL and Dale Carnegie India, highlighted Tamil Nadu's role as a hub for transformative leadership, emphasizing the franchise's focus on cultivating a culture of continuous learning to enhance economic resilience.

The new franchise will offer a range of training programs in leadership, communication, sales, and public speaking, designed to deliver practical results.

It will also integrate services from WPFL's Walchand Plus, including CSR initiatives and HR consulting, to provide a comprehensive approach to professional and organizational development.
