New Delhi: The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) has issued a public warning against a fraudulent recruitment drive conducted by an organization falsely claiming affiliation with the ministry.

The entity, operating under the name National Rural Development & Recreation Mission (NRDRM), has been advertising job openings while misrepresenting itself as part of the MoRD. It claims to have an office at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi, and operates through websites www.nrdrm.com and www.nrdrmvacancy.com.

However, the ministry has clarified that NRDRM has no connection with the Government of India.

Citizens are advised to be cautious and avoid engaging with NRDRM's recruitment activities, as they are unauthorized and potentially fraudulent. The MoRD does not charge any fees at any stage of its hiring process, nor does it request applicants' bank details.

Authentic job notifications from the ministry are only published on its official website: rural.gov.in.

The public is urged to verify recruitment-related information through official government channels and report any suspicious activities to authorities.
