Chennai: The Tamil Nadu School Education Department has rescheduled half-yearly examinations for schools in Cuddalore, Villupuram, and Thiruvannamalai districts due to the impact of Cyclone Benjal.

Originally planned for December, the exams will now take place from January 2 to January 10, 2024.

This decision aims to provide relief and adequate preparation time for students in the affected areas.
