Chennai: IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation has announced a partnership with U.S.-based Codenatives to offer an online Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer training program.

This 70-hour, instructor-led course spans eight weeks and is complemented by 130 hours of hands-on practice, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

With global e-commerce sales expected to hit $7.96 trillion by 2027, the demand for skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) developers is on the rise. This program aims to address the skills gap in the growing digital commerce sector.

Registrations open on 22nd November 2024, with flexible timing options to accommodate global participants.

Mr. Balamurali Shankar, Chief Knowledge Officer of IIT-M Pravartak, emphasized the increasing need for developers in fields like real-time inventory tracking, AI-driven recommendations, and mobile optimization. The training covers critical topics such as sandbox setup, storefront development, and caching techniques, with participants also preparing for Salesforce B2C Developer Certification (CCD102).

Codenatives, based in Cupertino, California, specializes in customer-centric technology solutions, offering expertise in e-commerce platform selection, legacy system migration, and custom development.

IITM Pravartak Technologies, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, hosts the program.
