Chennai: IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation has signed an MoU with Agilisium, a leading data innovation firm, to accelerate research in Life Sciences and Healthcare.

The collaboration will focus on joint research, social impact initiatives, and data-driven solutions to strengthen India's healthcare and education ecosystem.

Agilisium will leverage its expertise in data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to enhance IITM Pravartak's Kalvi Shakthi program, which connects rural students with educators via digital platforms.

This initiative will bolster infrastructure, improve remote learning, and expand digital literacy in underserved regions.

Additionally, the partnership aims to drive healthcare innovation through AI-powered diagnostic tools, personalized medicine, and predictive disease models. These advancements will enhance treatment precision, optimize healthcare delivery, and improve patient outcomes.

Raj Babu, Founder & CEO of Agilisium, emphasized the alliance's role in integrating advanced data analytics with IITM Pravartak's research strengths to create transformative societal impact. G. Veeraraghavan, COO of IITM Pravartak, highlighted the partnership's potential in bridging educational gaps and advancing healthcare solutions.

Funded by the Department of Science and Technology, IITM Pravartak will work alongside Agilisium over the next three years to drive digital innovation in Life Sciences and rural healthcare.
