Coimbatore: The growing presence of IT companies in Coimbatore is fueling an increase in employment opportunities in the region's IT sector.

Coimbatore's IT landscape is expanding rapidly, attracting attention from both national and international companies. Recently, Elcott Technology Park was inaugurated in Vlangurichi, covering 2.94 lakh square feet. This park is expected to create 3,000-4,000 jobs. Mumbai-based firms such as Hexaware Technologies, Danny Shelters, Amber Group, and Winbrae are also setting up operations in the city.

Furthermore, international company Dassault Systèms (3D), based in France, has opened an office in Coimbatore, further boosting the local IT job market.

Zoho, a leading IT company, has announced recruitment for the position of WordPress Developer, offering both full-time roles and internships, with work based in Coimbatore.

Coimbatore, which produces approximately 20,000 engineering graduates annually, is witnessing positive growth in the IT sector.

This trend is seen as a significant boost for local youth, creating valuable employment opportunities.
