Madurai: Padmasingh Isaac, Founder, Aachi Group, addressed the 25th convocation ceremony of RLIMS (RL Institute of Management Studies) at Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science in Madurai. He urged graduates to aspire to be job creators rather than job seekers.

Dr. R. Lakshmipathy, President, Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science inaugurated the function.

Isaac emphasized the importance of acquiring additional skills alongside formal education.

"To achieve success and contribute to a better future for India, students must cultivate a diverse skill set while studying," he said.

In his speech, Isaac advised the graduates to either be pioneers or align themselves with leading individuals in their field. "Students should focus on developing skills that align with future needs. Career opportunities are abundant, and graduates should aim to become job creators. A strong interest in entrepreneurship is essential", he reiterated.

Isaac also highlighted that enjoying one's work is crucial for success.

"Success will follow if you put in genuine effort, embrace the education you receive, and uphold honesty. Each student has the potential for entrepreneurship. Discover and nurture this potential to achieve global success by aligning your skills with market opportunities", he encouraged.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. L. Ramasubbu, College Secretary; R. Ramkumar, Administrative Manager; Gurubhaskar, Vice Principal; Priya, Dean; Gerlin Rupa, Examination Commissioner; the Heads of Departments; and the parents.
