Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is set to announce the results of its Group 4 exam, which has generated considerable anticipation among applicants.

According to officials, a consultation meeting scheduled for the 28th of this month will address the timeline for releasing these results.

The recruitment notification for Group 4 posts, including Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Junior Assistant, was initially released in January, announcing 6,244 vacancies.

This number was later expanded to 8,932 positions, leading to a surge in applications. The written exam was held on June 9, attracting a large number of candidates.

During the upcoming meeting, officials will discuss and potentially finalize the exact release date for the results.

TNPSC sources have indicated that the results are expected to be published by the end of the month, following previous announcements.
