New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification to fill a total of 82 vacancies.

The deadline for applications is September 5.

The openings include 67 Assistant Superintendent positions in Archeology Department and 15 Central Security Inspector roles.

The vacancies are allocated as follows: 32 for the general category, 23 for OBC, 7 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 12 for SC, 5 for ST, and 3 for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD).

Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Superintendent: Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Archeology or Indian History, with a focus on Ancient or Medieval Indian History, from a recognized university. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Central Security Inspector: Applicants should have completed their 12th grade education.
Age Limits:

For Assistant Superintendent positions, candidates should be under 35 years of age, with age relaxation of 5 years for SC and ST categories, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PWBD.

For Central Security Inspector roles, the age limit is 40 years, with similar relaxation criteria as for Assistant Superintendent posts.

Application Fee:
The fee for general category applicants is Rs. 25. Women, SC, ST, and PWBD candidates are exempt from the application fee.

Interested candidates should apply before the deadline of September 5.
