The average stipend is ₹8,000 per month, with Delhi-NCR dominating at 34% of openings. Recruiters emphasize skills like verbal English proficiency and MS Excel, while 33% of shortlisted applicants hold B.Tech degrees. Internship perks include certificates, flexible hours, and complimentary snacks. Founder Sarvesh Agrawal highlights the significant growth in internship opportunities, signaling a promising future for Indian interns in 2024.
