"Aatral " is an esteemed annual event, spearheaded by the students of Guindy College of Engineering with philanthropic mind, aimed at fostering awareness and inspiration among government school children, particularly those from Class I to VIII."Aatral" could be translated to 'Energy' or 'Power' signifying the potent each and every child possess.  To enhance students' creativity and intellect, a variety of class-specific competitions are organized, with prizes and certificates awarded to encourage participation. The event includes provision of lunch for all attendees, alongside a meticulously arranged program featuring diverse art performances and enlightening orientation talks.NSS UNIT 4 has been at the forefront of orchestrating such impactful events for the past five years, serving as a guiding light in the realm of student engagement and motivation.This year, on March 20th, the eagerly anticipated " Aatral '24" is slated to take place at Anna University's Vivekananda auditorium. With a plethora of engaging events on the agenda, the occasion will be graced by the esteemed presence of District Collector Arthi, adding further significance to the proceedings.
