Bengaluru/Chennai: Bhanzu, the math-learning platform founded by Indian mathematician and world record-holder Neelakanta Bhanu, has launched its first live math learning centre in McKinney, Texas, marking the company's entry into the US market.
Bhanzu, widely known for its fast-growing online math programmes, said the launch comes amid rising demand for STEM-focused learning in Texas and increasing interest among parents and schools in structured math support. The new centre will function through live, interactive online sessions.
Prachothan, co-founder and head of business development, said the launch represents a major step in the platform's global expansion. “India has contributed immensely to the world of mathematics. Taking Bhanzu from India to American classrooms is a proud milestone. Our goal is to eliminate the fear of math globally and ignite a passion for learning among millions of children,” he said.
The platform combines speed math techniques, storytelling, gamification and AI-driven tools to enhance student engagement. More than 50,000 students across 16 countries currently use Bhanzu, having solved over 40 million math problems. The company claims learners have improved their speed and accuracy four-fold within five months.
